Prosper Silienou is a seasoned International Baccalaureate educator with 15 years of dedicated experience shaping global education. Throughout his career, he has served as a classroom teacher, official examiner, IBDP Coordinator, Head of School and impactful workshop leader — guiding both students and fellow educators toward academic excellence.
As a trusted school visit team member, Prosper plays a key role in evaluating educational standards and supporting institutions through the rigorous IB accreditation process. His expertise in curriculum development and instructional best practice is further reflected in his role as a Big 5 workshops facilitator, leading high-level professional development for educators globally.
